Card data
Card details are not stored in the Kaptan Salazar database. 3D Secure and card verification are handled by the payment provider’s secure infrastructure.
Bank transfer
Uploading a receipt is not payment confirmation by itself. Payment is recognized only after authorized staff verify the bank-account entry.
Final confirmation
Even after successful payment, the reservation becomes final only after operational approval. The guest can follow the status through the private reservation link.
