Online eligibility

Online requests may be reviewed against current capacity, total party size and the daily operation plan. Team approval is required before payment for requests that need operational review.
The date, guest count and current capacity are checked before payment is enabled.

Guests aged 0, 1, 2 and 3 travel free of charge.
Guests aged 4 and above occupy capacity and pay the full fare.
Age details must be accurate and may be verified on the tour day.
Guests under 18 must remain under the supervision of a parent or authorized adult throughout the tour. Free-age eligibility is assessed on the tour date; identity data not needed for the reservation is not requested from children.

For eligible near-date online reservations, the full reservation total is collected.
Operational approval follows verification of card or bank-transfer payment.
The reservation becomes final when both full payment and operational approval are complete.

The declared guest and age distribution may be checked on the tour day. Materially incorrect information may require a price adjustment, operational review or refusal of boarding.
Guests must be at the stand by 09:45 for boarding. Joining after departure or delaying the vessel cannot be guaranteed.
The captain may change the route, stop order and durations for weather, sea, safety or authority decisions. A material failure to provide the tour is assessed separately from a route-order change.
